Capacity

The capital intensive nature of the main factory means that in a normal eight hour shift, the O'Brien Group can process approximately 250-300 HPL bench top equivalents or 800 HPL 'blanks'. Additional shifts are put on to handle peak product requirements.

This means that not only has the O'Brien Group the flexibility and capability to handle the most difficult and challenging jobs, but they can also turn jobs around promptly (subject to the correct information being supplied). However the capacity of the company is expected to double once the new machines are fully commissioned.
